Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the customer support quality and for ensuring that the support best practices are adhered to.
- Responsible for leading the customer support team and overseeing the day-to-day work.
- Accountable for the team's adherence to the SLA.
- Responsible for ensuring you meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.
- Providing effective leadership to the Customer Support team.
- Assisting with the hiring, training, and ongoing performance management whilst liaising with the Learning & Development team to create and implement training and auditing plans.
- Setting the team's schedule - accounting for operational work hours, vacation and sick leave.
- Setting ongoing goals and regular one to one's with all team members.
- Creating positive team spirit, motive and encourage your team.
- Taking part in projects which may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proven successful experience in Customer Service, at least 1+ years in a leading role.
- The ability to work well under stress
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to lead and motivate the team towards the goals.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users and collaborate with team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and take on new challenges.
