Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media activity, and content initiatives across several brands. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the role focuses on coordination, organisation, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels
– Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
– Assist in managing end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing to launch
Social Media Management
– Coordinate and execute social media content across several brands
– Research trends and draft content aligned with each brand’s voice
– Liaise with internal teams and designers to produce visual and written content
– Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
– Monitor performance and engagement across platforms
– Support community management (comments, messages, interactions)
Content & Creative Coordination
– Maintain a structured content pipeline across all channels
– Brief and coordinate with design and external partners (e.g. video, content production)
– Support the delivery of creative projects, including video and visual content
Events & Projects Support
– Assist in the coordination and execution of events, partnerships, and activations
– Support logistics, communications, and on-the-ground delivery where required
Administrative & Team Support
– Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and reports
– Ensure deadlines are met and workflows are followed
– Contribute ideas during marketing planning and brainstorming sessions
– Conduct research on competitors, trends, and opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Up to 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related field, including internships or university projects
– A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– A genuine interest in building a career in marketing
– Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools
– Ability to support marketing activities across multiple brands and adapt to different audiences and tones
– Good organisational skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, WordPress, or similar tools is an advantage

Salary: €20,000 to €24,000
