When did you join Arringo, and how did you learn about the vacancy? 

I started at Arringo on the 26th October 2020, I was going through a job vacancy portal looking for something reliable in the General Support industry.

How do you describe the work environment at Arringo? 

I have colleagues here that I can simply call family and that’s how every work environment should be!

How has your experience been in terms of professional growth? 

I have been here for about 1 year and 5 months and am already an HR Recruiter, so I think it is amazing that the company looks for internal candidates, before external, which helps everyone grow professionally and mentally!

How do you feel in your new position? 

It’s a challenge and contains a lot of responsibilities, therefore I love it!

What do you like most about your team? 

No matter what, I know I have their full support and guidance!

What advice will you give to other team members who would like to grow within the company?

Never give up! If you fail once, just learn from what set you back and never stop asking questions to help you improve, even if you think they are silly questions! At the end of the day, the answers are going to help you!

What do you like most about working at Arringo? 

The constant support and knowing that you are going to work to not only see colleagues but colleagues that you respect like family!
