Tilly is one of our finest team players with an incredible spirit and a sense of determination. She is hardworking with excellent leadership skills and tenacity. Over the past 3 years, these qualities have paved the road to a remarkable career at Arringo for Tilly.

When did you join Arringo?

I started at Arringo 18th March 2019.

How has your journey at Arringo been so far?

The journey has felt like a constant development, full of growth and experiences. Starting off in the payments department, understanding behind the scenes processes’, then moving to a fast-growing department and learning so much quality knowledge about fraud and due diligence. Being selected as a shift leader a year back brought about a change in approach, and I’ve acquired an even deeper understanding of what our company provides. As well as self-development through the responsibilities that have come with the role.

How much has Arringo changed since you joined it 3 years ago?

Arringo has changed tremendously. It would be hard to put into writing the established development that the company has faced. From our onboarding of new clients and CEOs, to the development of our HR and Admin team. The company was always structurally equipped, fair to say, but has over time become so much more smooth-running. We are co-dependent on Arringo’s departments, I would say the greatest change I have seen would be the internal growth of employees filling and thriving in the positions of leaders, brand auditors, content writer’s, department specialists and the list goes on really. It’s been a wicked experience to be a part of the company’s growth and endeavours.

What do you like most about your current position?

The correct guidance is imperative to be a reliable leader. Being a shift leader suits my emotional intelligence and approachability, I believe. Dictation, mentorship and case reporting are aspects of the role that I find most rewarding.

What do you like most about your team?

The richest quality about our team is the broad span of knowledge, we all bring different attributes to the leaders’ team. Accepting feedback and giving our suggestions, where suitable. Although rich in nationalities, there are never language barrier issues, as we are determined to be kept informed, at all times.

What are the 3 things that you love most about working at Arringo?

The engagement between departments is one of my favourite aspects of how our company works. You can always rely on agent initiative.

There is noticeable eagerness to learn from most, so I have seen many people branch out to new departments, where each department shows great integrity welcoming new members.

I am thankful that there are IT experts around the office, to help out the less tech-savvy individuals. That is me, I am that individual
